While every Roundasaurus project is unique, a highly involved management team is able to develop a solid Sweet Spot in 2 – 3 days. Review and development of team structure, authorities, KPI data sources and monitoring methods requires both individual, group and department time. Direct consultant involvement in these follow-through processes typically requires another 3 – 5 days.
